Mother Goose COVID Rhymes

Mother Goose COVID Rhymes

Hi diddle diddle.

The cat & the fiddle.

The cow jumped over the moon.

He jumped so high.

Cause he didn’t want to die.

COVID-19 was coming soon.

Jack Sprat could eat no fat.

His wife could eat no lean.

So between the two of them.

They both got COVID-19

 Jack & Jill.

 Went up the hill.

To fetch a pail of water.

 Jack fell down.

 And broke his crown.

Jill said COVID was in the water.

Old mother Hubbard lived in a shoe.

She had so many kids

She didn’t know what to do.

So she said ”It’s COVID time.”

And sent the kids to school.

Little Jack Horner.

Sat in a corner.

Eating a plumb pie.

He stuck in his thumb.

And pulled out a plumb.

And said “Without gloves I will die.”

Peter Piper, pumpkin eater.

Had a wife & couldn’t keep her.

He put her in a pumpkin shell.

She died of COVID & went to hell.

Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall.

Humpty Dumpty had a great  fall.

All the kings horses.

And all the kings men.

Got COVID eating Humpty for breakfast again.

Little boy Blue.

Come blow your horn.

Play taps now.

So we can mourn.
