Water Aerobics For You

Whip into shape. Get your mojo moving.
Start feeling like you are really grooving.
If aerobics is not your thing.
Try water aerobics. It has a better ring!
A real workout for about an hour.
Afterwards, you can take a shower.
Get that chlorine off your body.
You might take it up as a hobby.
Or, possibly a regular routine.
Either one would be real keen.
You will feel so much better.
Get those moves down to the letter.
Loosen up all those stiff joints.
Stretch those muscles, ligaments. Get the point!
Be able to move freely again.
Maybe take a walk with a friend.
Get them to go to water aerobics too.
You’ll have someone to work out with you.
It is never too late to get in shape.
Slowly, you’ll get rid of that extra weight.
No more “Fat”, when you come in a room.
Others will want to join you soon.
So, find a place that has a pool.
Maybe a nice Jaccuzzi too.
Make sure they have a water aerobics class.
Then, begin ‘shaping up’, don’t be rash.
In the end, it will benefit you.
It is also fun. Time to go get a clue.
